Dumfries & Galloway Council

We operate disc parking schemes in some towns across the region, including Dumfries, Langholm and Stranraer. You can park for free in these areas for a limited period by displaying a clock disc.
The maximum stay in each disc zone is clearly marked on the signs in the street or car park where you're parked. You must display the disc showing your arrival time.
Clock discs are available from some local shops as well as our customer service centres.

There is no further information about parking a motorhome.
