Clumber Park
OS Map Landranger 120
From the M1 Jct 30 take A619 then the A60 to Worksop and then follow the A57 until you reach the B6034. Take this to Clumber Park. There are plenty of signs once you reach Worksop.
This is a National Trust property so if you are a member then it is free but if you are not then it is £3.75 per person.
There is so much parking it is difficult to say but you can park virtually everywhere along the roads. There are parking areas which are vast so parking for any size of motorhome is not a problem.
In the park there are some 20 miles of cycling track and as much walking as you require. You can circumnavigate a lake which is very good. Not easy sometimes though. to find your route but it is fun just to veer off into the woods. You can even watch a cricket match!
Highly recommended by my family and me.
In the summer the gate closes at 1900 and don't know if you can stay overnight.

Creswell Crags
OS Map Landranger 120

Footpath to Creswell Crags an interesting limestone gorge with cafe, information centre, museum and cave tours. DO NOT FOLLOW SIGNS TO CRESWELL CRAGS CP AS THIS HAS HEIGHT BARRIER.
Short walk into
Creswell where there are coffee shops, pubs and convenience stores. Train to Nottingham and Worksop. KP.

Attenborough Nature Reserve
OS Map Landranger 129
Good car park but longer MH may struggle. We are 5.9m and positioned quite easily but longer will stick out and may cause an obstruction. £3 per day.
This is an old gravel workings which are now flooded. The bird life is excellent with some quite rare sightings. Walk through the reserve onto the banks of the River Trent and go left for Beeston Marina and the Nottingham Canal (2 miles) and right for Trent Lock (3.5 miles).
There is plenty of cycling from the car park.
There is a Visitors Centre with a cafe.

Plenty of parking on the grass just after the conservatory. There is a military museum which is free and the Hall is a delightful wedding venue. A wedding was taking place while we were there and the photos were taken over a wide area. There is a Segway experience here as well.
